The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of France
have established the NUSANTARA Programme to support to promote and to support new projects of scientific and technological cooperation, between French and Indonesian researchers in both public and private sectors. This call is Excellence based.

The Franco-Thai Junior Research Fellowship Programme for Thai Researchers
aims at jumpstarting the career of young Thai researchers by giving them the opportunity to develop promising collaboration with their French counterparts. It supports Thai post doctorates who intend to spend 2 to 6 months scientific stay in a laboratory in France.

This scheme provides support for early stage researchers to consolidate their research skills and gain additional training within the science remit of the Wellcome Trust. Germany: International Climate Protection Fellowship for Young Climate Experts from Developing Countries. ASEAN Researchers Eligible
Up to 20 International Climate Protection Fellowships are granted annually that target prospective leaders from non-European transition and developing countries, including countries in ASEAN Candidates draw up their own research-based proposal which they then implement in collaboration with a host in Germany. EMBL International PhD Program. ASEAN Researchers Eligible
The EMBL International PhD Programme is Europe’s ‘best in class’ PhD programme for the life sciences. 240 students from over 40 countries are carrying out PhD research at EMBL. Call by the Volkswagen Foundation - Global Issues International Research Projects on Social Inequality
Funding will be provided for small, but strongly interacting research consortia of up to five partners. Besides one partner working at an institution in a European High Income Country(preferably in one of the countries where one of the cooperating Foundations is located), the involvement of two partners currently based in Low and Middle Income Countries is generally required.
