The 2021 Taiwan ICDF (International Cooperation and Development Fund) International Higher Education Scholarship Program Is Open to the Public to Apply
- Date of Application :from January 01 through March 15, 2021.
- Process of Application:on line applying for 1(one) of the programs(university) as attachments. Application of multiplication is not acceptable.
(Please read carefully the application information of the universities before filling application forms. After completion of application process, please send photocopies of all documents and forms to this office at 336 Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City ; attention to Mr. Lawrence Tseng by March 15, 2021).
- Programs of Scholarship (full English courses):
- 19 Master degree programs, maximum studying time of 2 years;
- 3 Ph. D. degree programs, maximum studying time of 4 years.

- Context of the full scholarship of program includes fees of registration, textbooks, accommodation, living expense, and one round trip economy class ticket of direct flight between Taiwan and Vietnam.
- Qualifications of Applicant:
- Vietnamese citizenship.
- Non-possession of Taiwanese citizenship or overseas compatriot identification.
- Complying with the requirements and qualifications of the applying university.
- None receiving any other scholarship program sponsored by Taiwanese government agencies for 2021.
- Applicant, who had been granted with this ICDF scholarship program or Taiwan scholarship of Foreign Ministry / Education Ministry less than one year ago, is not qualified for this program.
- Applicant, who had been expelled from Taiwanese university or school before, is not qualified for this program.
- Applicant, who has both a GPA 3.5 or above and a TOELF iBT score at 75 or above, is highly preferable.
